![]() The closest thing I thought of is if there was a way I could assign a button. It would take way too much time to manually correct a track by chopping, stretching certain parts. Yes I am aware the spot I picked is psychotic sounding on the artist's part but it was the best example. The idea behind this if you watch a little more, is that you can play it in beat and it'll sound fine and whole, but then you can switch it up and create new sequences without having to worry that it's in beat (because each sample is a single beat sampled). How can I do this? Within Reaper or a free vst? I've tried doing it manually, but when sampling old vinyls, the tempo always falls off cause people aren't perfect. I don't own a Maschine, but you can see she chops the samples by beating the pads to the rhythm. ![]() I'm looking for a way to do this (look in the video, spot is 5:27.).
